These terms govern your use of the WhatsNews mobile app (“the app”). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
WhatsNews is a free daily news briefing app. It ingests articles from public RSS feeds, selects and summarizes a daily set of stories per topic, and delivers them to you through the app and, optionally, a daily push notification. WhatsNews is entirely free to use — there are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid tiers.
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us (see the Privacy Policy for contact details).
You agree not to:
WhatsNews links to articles hosted by third-party news publishers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites. Viewing an article’s original source page is subject to that publisher’s own terms and privacy policy.
WhatsNews is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhatsNews and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update the app or these terms at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app for any user who violates these terms.
